It is just 1 minutes by car from the High Rise area, where you will find Aruba's pristine white beaches and different restaurants and shops in a walking distance.
The villa has four luxurious bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, and an individual air conditioning system. The large master bedroom is conveniently positioned with a separate hall with seating area. Entering the master bedroom, you will be walking in a small hallway where you have the door to the bathroom on your left and the the door to the walk-in closet on your right. From the master bedroom there is a sliding door leading to the swimming pool. The villa features a complete and fully equipped kitchen with all the luxury you need to treat yourself while on vacation. The spacious living room and dining room are fully air conditioned.
You will love the tropical landscaped garden with of course the beautiful pool area where you can relax and enjoy our lovely Arubian sun while having a tropical drink or a cold beer. Sitting on the comfortable and cozy lounge chairs will make these quality moments go fast.The patio area will give you comfort and is the perfect dining area or simply the spot for your night cap.
If you need to cool down, take a dip in your private pool any time you want.
The setup of the house is ideal for a party of 10 as there is also a private studio, with bathroom, at the back of the property.
The villa is suitable for 8 people and the guest studio is suitable for 2 people.There are enough bed linens and bath towels for that amount of people. However we do recommend for you to take some beach towels with you. When you specifically desire a facility/amenity, make sure to clearly request this on the reservation.
Upon arrival at the airport, after picking up your rental car, contact Rent House Aruba. They will meet you at the house, hand over the keys and give you an explanation on various matters worth knowing.
