This spacious home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, near the beautiful white beaches, new shopping malls and high rise hotels. By car you can be at one of the pearly white beaches within a few minutes.

This beautiful house with swimming pool can accommodate up to six people. There are three bedrooms. The masterbedroom has a double bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The living room is stylishly furnished and overlooks the pool. The living room has a large open kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

The covered porch has a comfortable sitting area. Here you can enjoy the sun or shade, the nice breeze, the view and best off all a juicy steak prepared on the large barbeque grill. The garden is landscaped with beautiful plants and is well maintained.
The house has an alarm system, access to wireless internet and an automatic gate.

Rentalprice:

High Season December 1 till March 1 and July 1 till September 1st:
Week price: $ 1700,-, 2 weeks and up $1500,-

Low season March 1st till July 1st and September 1st till December 1st:
Week price: $ 1500,-, 2 weeks and up $ 1300,-

* The rent includes a weekly cleaning and a predetermined amount per week for the use of water and electricity. Possible excess usage will be charged at the end of the lease period by means of meter readings. In the house are enough linens and towels provided. However we do recommend for you to bring beach towels with you in case you would like to lie down at the beach.

On request there is a fourth bedroom available after May 2012. So you can stay with a maximum of 8 people. The extra price for the rent of the 4th bedroom is $ 200,- per week.
