This beautiful villa is situated in Villapark Sabana Liber at Noord , along the main road to the monumental Alto Vista Chapel. This Villapark guarantees you an optimum of privacy.
By car it takes you only five minutes to reach the beaches or the beautiful golf course  "Tierra Del Sol". It takes you only ten minutes to drive to Oranjestad, the main town on the island.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a TV.  There is a large European kitchen in the house with a microwave, an oven, a stove, and a large fridge. The living room has a TV with dvd-player and a radio.
The water-heater in the storage room provides the whole house of hot water.Internet connection with desktop computer is available in the livingroom.

At the back of the villa, a beautiful patio and a nice gazzebo has been created. There is both shadow and wind so you can have a comfortable seat and enjoy the beautiful view and the swimming pool. The garden of this villa is fully fenced and landscaped with gravel and plants.

Rental Prices*:

High season December 1^st till March 1^st and July 1^st till September 1^st:
Week price: $ 1.800,-, 2 weeks and up $ 1.650,-

Low season March 1^st till July 1^st and September 1^st till December 1^st:
Week price: $ 1.600,-, 2 weeks and up $ 1.400,-

* The rental prices includes a weekly cleaning and $ 60,- per week for the use of water and electricity. Possible excess usage will be charged at the end of the rental period by means of meter reading. You can stay in the villa with a maximum of 6 persons. The villa is equipped with enough bed linens and towels. However we do recommend for you to take some beach towels with you.

Upon arrival at the airport, after picking up your rental car, contact Rent House Aruba. They will meet you at the house, hand over the keys and give you an explanation on various matters worth knowing.
